WHICH PYTHON SECTION SHOULD I JOIN?

If you've never coded before or you've done block-based coding on sites like code.org, join the Intro to Python course.

You should join the Advanced Python course if you're familiar with the following concepts in Python: print statements, getting input from a user, ints/floats/strings/booleans, if-elif-else statements, "while" loops and "for" loops, arrays, methods, and the agonies of Syntax Errors.

WHAT DO STUDENTS NEED?

For Python classes: just a computer. Mac or PC, Chromebook or Linux, if you’ve got something with an on button that connects to the Internet, you’ll be able to take this class- no downloads required.

For Minecraft camps: a Minecraft account. Either Java or Bedrock (Windows 10 / iPad / Switch) will do. PS4 is the only device currently unsupported.

HOW ARE THE CLASSES CONDUCTED?

Classes will take place over Zoom. Students will be emailed the Zoom ID and passcode before class. Activities and projects will be placed on Google Classroom, where everyone will be able to share what they’ve done.

I WANT TO PAY WEEK BY WEEK- IS THAT AN OPTION?

Of course! When you book online, put in the comment box that you would like to pay weekly, and we'll send you an invoice each week. The final total will be the same- no hidden fees or interest.

DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING MORE THAN ONE CHILD?

You sure do! Families that book more than one student at a time will receive a 10% discount on their invoice.

DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR ENROLLING IN MORE THAN ONE MINECRAFT CAMP?

You sure do! If you book one of our Minecraft camps, you can book any of the others for a 10% discount. They're a lot of fun!
